Prairie Dogs!

Right down the road from our apartment, we found Cherry Creek State Park... and a TON of prairie-dog mounds.  They're SO Cute!



When alarmed, they shout squeaky-yelps, to others

Those tree hugging hippies are fiercy protective of those little guys, so don't try using them for target practice, as tempting as that might be! :)
